Fume Hood Exhaust Control System
The fume hood VAV exhaust control system monitors sash height and occupancy in real time, calculates required exhaust airflow from the target face velocity, and controls pressure-independent VAV dampers to maintain constant face velocity for operator safety and energy savings. The panel displays face velocity, exhaust airflow, sash height, and safety information, with an emergency exhaust button for maximum exhaust mode.
Laboratory Room Supply and Exhaust Control System
Room supply air uses motorized pressure-independent VAV devices to meet air-change requirements and switch airflow by operating mode. Exhaust VAV devices maintain airflow offset with real-time pressure feedback for precise pressure control. Door contacts can maintain airflow offset when doors stay open.
