Venturi principle

Uses a cone and spring mechanism to precisely control airflow with high stability.

Corrosion-resistant features

Aluminum alloy or stainless steel housings can be fitted with phenolic or Teflon coatings for excellent corrosion resistance.

Wide turndown range

Airflow turndown ratio up to 1:20 for varying operating conditions.

Maintenance-free design

Mechanical structure with maintenance-free design for long-term stability and reliability.

Fast response

Steady-state response time complies with ASHRAE 110 and DIN EN 14175-6, preventing hazardous gas escape.

Before Installation

  • Confirm that valve selection matches environmental control requirements
  • Confirm valve orientation and airflow direction, and reserve maintenance space
  • Confirm power supply and component wiring

Installation Steps

  • Install in the duct according to valve orientation and airflow direction
  • Seal duct connections at both ends
  • Connect internal component wiring if applicable
  • Connect power and signal cables if applicable
  • Power-on test if required

Commissioning Points

  • Confirm that valve operating differential pressure meets requirements
  • Set parameters such as face velocity and pressure differential
  • Test system control performance
